A website for your business
A company website, a catalogue with search or an online shop. You know the price before we start, and the domain is in your name.
See the prices →From a company website to an in-house system for your customers and orders. One team for all of it: analysis, development, links to the other software you use, and support.
We’re a small team that builds websites, online shops and custom systems, and looks after them once they’re live. We don’t try to impress with buzzwords. Before we start, you get in writing what we’ll build, what it costs and when it will be ready.
We work with firms that want software solutions they can rely on, from a one-page site to a custom system. You know what’s happening on the project, what we need from you and what comes next. The domain and hosting are in your name, and the code and design are yours once the invoice is paid.
A company website, a catalogue with search or an online shop. You know the price before we start, and the domain is in your name.
See the prices →Customers, orders and reports in one place, linked to your accounting and stock software. We start with a small working version, described and priced in writing.
See the prices →We check every page on a phone, a tablet and a computer: the menu opens, the form shows in full and the text reads without zooming.
Updates, backups, checks that the site is up and a response within an agreed time, from €39 a month. We also take on WordPress sites built by others.

It’s the structure Google can read, how fast the pages open on a phone, tracking where enquiries come from, and changes that don’t break what already works.
A title and description for every page, a site map, and your business details in a form Google understands.
We track buttons and forms, so you can see in numbers where your enquiries come from.
Light pages and compressed images, so the site opens quickly even on mobile data.
You change text, photos and prices yourself in the panel. Bigger changes come with a price and timeline upfront.
Five stages, each ending with something you can see. The price, the timeline and what we need from you are in writing before we start.
We find out what the site needs to do and who will use it, then put in writing exactly what we’ll build, what it costs and when it will be ready.
You see and approve the pages before we write any code.
We write the code ourselves, without ready-made templates or plugins, so there are no third-party parts to break when something is updated. You also get a panel where you change text, photos and prices yourself.
We check it on phone and desktop, test the forms and put the site live on your domain.
Technical bugs found within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. After that it’s your choice: a maintenance plan, or you call us only when you need us.
We usually reply within one working day, with a few questions and a rough price and timeline.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is CODE RIVER STUDIO LTD., company ID 204932274, VAT number BG204932274, registered seat and address: Varna 9010, Primorski district, 4 KDP Georgi Boev St, floor 2, ap. 19. Questions and requests about this policy are handled by the company’s manager, by email at sales@coderiverstudio.com or by phone on +359 88 342 8062. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the scale of our processing does not require one.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what data coderiverstudio.com collects, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, who can access it and what rights you have. We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. We do not sell data, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not use your data for anything not described here.
3. What we collect and why
a) Enquiries through the form. Your name, email address, message, the type of project and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use these only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not ask for consent, because without these details we cannot reply.
b) Visit statistics. If you click “Accept” in the cookie bar, we load Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. It records which pages are viewed, where the visit came from and which buttons are clicked. IP addresses are truncated and advertising features are switched off. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you decline or make no choice, the script does not load and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The choice itself is stored in your browser, so that we do not have to ask you on every page.
c) Server logs. As with any website, the server that hosts coderiverstudio.com records the IP address, time, page requested and browser type every time a page loads. We use these logs only for security and to investigate errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are kept for a period set by the hosting provider and then deleted automatically.
4. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a machine-readable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent to statistics at any time, without affecting any processing carried out before then. This website makes no decisions based solely on automated processing, and there is no profiling.
Send requests to the email address in section 8. We reply within one month. If we are not sure that a request comes from you, we will ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe we are infringing your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, Bulgaria), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
5. How long we keep your data
Your enquiry is not saved on the website’s server, either in a file or in a database. It arrives by email at sales@coderiverstudio.com and stays there while we are discussing it with you, but for no longer than 12 months after your last email, unless we enter into a contract. If we do, we keep the data for as long as the contract is in force and afterwards for as long as the Bulgarian Accountancy Act and tax laws require, which is up to 10 years for accounting records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Who can access your data and whether it leaves the EU
The company’s manager has access to the data. The website and our mailbox are hosted by SuperHosting.BG Ltd in Bulgaria, within the European Union. The only transfer outside the European Economic Area is Google Analytics, and only with your consent: Google Ireland Limited may transfer data to Google LLC in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. There are no other transfers.
7. Changes to this policy
We publish changes on this page before they take effect, with the date at the top. If we change the purpose for which we use data we already hold, we will let you know before we go ahead.
8. Contact
